The use of quartz colorimetric dish

Quartz colorimetric dish (also known as absorption cell, sample cell) is used to hold reference solution and sample solution. Paired with spectral analysis instruments such as spectrophotometers, blood line protein analyzers, particle size analyzers, etc., it is widely used for quantitative and qualitative analysis of substances in industries such as chemical, metallurgical, medical, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection, power plants, water plants, petroleum, etc. It is widely used for testing and laboratory testing in departments, colleges, and research institutions.

Purpose: Used for the determination of substances that absorb in the ultraviolet region.

Features:
1. High mechanical strength, strong adaptability to temperature changes, very strong bonding, and internal pressure resistance to several air pressures.
2. Extremely precise optical processing technology, with excellent optical performance of the transparent surface.
3. Choose quartz glass to ensure no bubbles or stripes.
4. Strong corrosion resistance, able to withstand corrosion in five different media including 6mol/L and 6mol/L hydrochloric acid for 24 hours without delamination or leakage.

Classification:

Cleaning method:
1. Use a 1:1 solution of hydrochloric acid and ethanol!
2. Heat 10 grams of potassium dichromate in 200ml of concentrated sulfuric acid to prepare a chromic acid washing solution. Then soak the colorimetric dish in it for 1-2 minutes, rinse with clean water, and finally rinse with distilled water.
