Check the appearance of the equipment for any damage, ensure that the power lines and oil connections are secure, and that the digital display screen, sensors, pressurization mechanism, and safety protection devices are intact and normal.
Confirm that the equipment is placed horizontally, the surface of the pressure plate is clean, flat, and free of oil stains and debris residue.
Prepare concrete samples that meet the standard size, ensuring that the surface of the sample is flat, free of cracks, and the edges and corners are intact. Wipe the dust off the surface of the sample in advance.
Operators should wear protective gloves, goggles, and other protective equipment, and be familiar with the functions and operating procedures of the equipment control panel.
2、 Startup and parameter settings
Connect the device power, turn on the main switch, start the testing machine host, wait for the digital display system to complete self-test, and enter the operation interface after the screen displays normally.
According to the test requirements, set the test parameters on the digital display panel: input the sample number, size specifications, concrete design strength grade, and select the appropriate compression speed (set according to relevant standards, generally 0.3~1.0MPa/s).
After confirming that the parameter settings are correct, save the parameters and enter the test standby mode.
3、 Sample placement and positioning
Place the processed concrete sample steadily at the center of the pressure plate under the testing machine, ensuring that the sample is in full contact with the pressure plate without any tilting or deviation.
Slowly adjust the height of the upper pressure plate to approach the upper surface of the specimen (leaving a gap of 2-5mm) to avoid impact between the pressure head and the specimen.
Recheck if the sample positioning is accurate to ensure even force distribution and no risk of eccentric loading during the loading process.
4、 Experimental operation and data observation
Press the "Start" button, and the device will start to increase pressure at the set speed. The operator needs to observe the device's operating status throughout the entire process, including changes in pressure values and loading speed on the digital display screen, as well as whether there are any abnormal noises, lagging, or other abnormalities in the device.
If there is excessive data fluctuation or equipment vibration during the pressurization process, the "emergency stop" button should be immediately pressed to stop the machine and check the cause.
Continuously observe the digital data until the sample reaches its ultimate strength and is crushed. The equipment will automatically stop loading and record the maximum pressure value displayed on the digital screen.
5Concrete digital pressure testing machineShutdown and subsequent processing
After the experiment is completed, press the "unload" button and slowly release the pressure. After the pressure value returns to zero, turn off the power supply of the equipment host.
Carefully remove the sample residue, clean the pressure plate and workbench, and keep the equipment clean.
Export or record test data (including maximum pressure value, sample information, test date, etc.), and organize test reports.
Check whether all components of the equipment are intact, register the operation status of the equipment, turn off the main power, and properly store protective equipment.
