Concrete standard curing room equipment mainly includes temperature and humidity control system (including compressor, heating pipe, ultrasonic humidifier), circulating fan, spray system, magnetic door seal and box structure (polyurethane foam insulation layer). Its core function is to accurately control temperature (20 ± 2 ℃), humidity (≥ 95% RH), simulate laboratory standard environment, and ensure accurate strength testing data of concrete test blocks.
2、 Daily maintenance operation standards
Calibration of temperature and humidity sensors
Frequency: once a month
Method: Use a standard thermometer (accuracy ± 0.1 ℃) and a hygrometer (accuracy ± 2%) to compare the displayed values of the equipment, and recalibrate if the error exceeds the standard.
Attention: When wiping the sensor probe, use a dry cloth to avoid water stains affecting the reading.
Spray system cleaning
Frequency: once a week
Method:
Turn off the humidifier power and remove the screw cover;
Rinse the transducer with clean water to remove scale and impurities;
Do not use detergents, kerosene, or hot water above 50 ℃.
Cleaning of circulating fan filter screen
Frequency: once a day
Method: Open the side door of the maintenance room, use a soft bristled brush to remove dust from the filter screen, and maintain smooth ventilation.
Magnetic door seal inspection
Frequency: once per shift
Method: Observe whether the door seal is tight. If there are gaps, heat the edge of the seal with a hair dryer and widen it to fit the box.
3、 Common faults and troubleshooting methods
The instrument does not display or displays abnormally
Reason:
The power supply is not connected (fuse blown, plug loose);
The output line of the instrument is detached;
The contactor is burnt out.
exclude:
Check the power circuit, replace the fuse or tighten the plug;
Reconnect the instrument output line;
Replace the contactor with the same model.
Not cooling or reduced cooling efficiency
Reason:
The given value of the temperature controller is incorrect;
Refrigerant leakage;
Compressor malfunction (thermal relay burned out or compressor damaged).
exclude:
Set the set value of the temperature controller and check the fuse;
Detect refrigerant pressure, replenish or replace refrigerant;
Test the power supply of the direct compressor. If it still does not work, replace the thermal relay or compressor.
Not heating or insufficient heating
Reason:
The temperature controller and contactor are burnt out;
The heating tube is damaged due to dehydration.
exclude:
Replace the temperature controller or contactor;
Replace the heating tube with the same power.
The humidity is lower than the given value
Reason:
Improper setting of hysteresis value for humidity controller;
Humidifier malfunction (transducer blockage, water tank cut-off);
The water mark on the sensor probe affects the reading.
exclude:
Adjust the hysteresis value of the humidity controller;
Clean the transducer and check the water level in the tank;
Wipe the sensor probe with a dry cloth.
water leakage from the box
Reason: Cracking or aging at the welding point of the container.
Exclusion: Use epoxy resin to bond cracks or use plastic welding for repair.
4、 Safe operation and emergency response
Pre operation inspection
Confirm that the power supply is well grounded (using a measuring pen for testing);
Check that the water pipes and nozzles are not blocked (use wire to clear them);
Verify the stability of the compressed air source pressure (0.6-0.8MPa).
Emergency response process
Leakage: Immediately cut off the power supply, hang a "Do Not Close" sign, and investigate the short-circuit point of the circuit;
Equipment fire: Use dry powder fire extinguishers to extinguish the fire, and use water is strictly prohibited;
Refrigerant leakage: Shut down the equipment, ventilate and conduct maintenance to avoid inhaling harmful gases.
