1Digital in-situ press machineHydraulic oil replacement: ensuring system cleanliness and stable performance
Replacement cycle and oil selection
Regular replacement: Hydraulic oil needs to be replaced every six months, or the cycle should be adjusted according to the frequency of equipment use and environment (such as shortening the cycle in high temperature and high humidity environments).
Oil requirements: Use the hydraulic oil model specified in the equipment manual (such as 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil), and the new oil needs to settle for more than 48 hours to remove impurities.
Oil change process:
Oil release: Close the oil pump valve, open the oil tank vent valve, release the system residual pressure, and thoroughly drain the old oil to the waste oil tank.
Cleaning the fuel tank: Clean the fuel tank twice with diesel, then blow dry it with compressed air to ensure there is no residual sludge or impurities.
Flushing pipeline: Remove the return oil pipe, start the engine to run at low speed, and use hydraulic oil to discharge the old oil in the circuit one by one until new oil flows out of the return main pipe.
Add new oil: Use an oil filter to inject new oil into the tank until it reaches the upper limit of the oil gauge, to avoid direct pouring and impurities from entering.
Key precautions
Isolation of old and new oil: When replacing, the old oil should be completely drained to avoid residual oil contaminating the new oil.
Sealing inspection: After changing the oil, check whether the fuel tank cover, pipe joints, and other parts are sealed to prevent air or moisture from entering.
Oil level monitoring: Check the oil level before each use to ensure it is between the upper and lower limits of the oil gauge, in order to avoid system failures caused by low oil levels.
2、 Sealing test: prevent hydraulic oil leakage and system failure
Seal inspection
Common oil leakage points: Hand pump joint, flat jack sealing ring, hydraulic pump and motor chamber.
Detection method:
Visual inspection: Observe whether the seals are worn, cracked, or deformed, with a focus on inspecting the connection between the pump and the main cylinder structure.
Pressure test: Apply pressure to the rated pressure (such as 800kN) and observe whether the pressure gauge pointer is stable. If the pressure continues to decrease, there may be internal leakage.
Replacement standard: If the seal is found to be worn or aged, it is necessary to immediately replace it with a seal of the same model to avoid using inferior substitutes.
Sealing maintenance techniques
Cleaning and maintenance: Regularly clean the oil stains on the surface of the seals with gasoline or kerosene to prevent impurities from entering and causing leaks.
Lubrication protection: Apply an appropriate amount of hydraulic oil on the surface of the seal to reduce friction and wear.
Avoid overload: During operation, the loading speed should be uniform to avoid instantaneous damage to the sealing components caused by overload.
3、 Troubleshooting tips: Quickly locate and solve common problems
Insufficient or no pressure
Possible reasons: hydraulic pump damage, motor malfunction, low oil level, pressure regulating valve malfunction.
Troubleshooting steps:
Check if the oil level is within the range of the oil gauge, and if it is insufficient, add new oil.
Observe whether the pressure gauge pointer is moving. If it is not moving, check whether the hydraulic pump and motor are operating normally.
Test the function of the pressure regulating valve. If the pressure cannot be adjusted, it needs to be replaced or repaired.
Abnormal operation of hand pump pressure rod
Weak pressure rod: Check if the oil drain valve is tightly closed. If not, tighten it again; If the oil inlet is blocked, it needs to be cleaned with gasoline.
Rebound of pressure rod: It may be due to air mixed in the oil, and exhaust treatment is needed (open the exhaust screw and manually pump pressure until oil flows out).
Equipment oil leakage
Leakage: Check if the pipe joint is loose, and tighten it if it is loose; If the seal is damaged, replace it.
Internal leakage: According to pressure testing, if the pressure drops too quickly, the pump and main cylinder structure need to be disassembled and inspected, and worn parts need to be replaced.
Abnormal data or blurry display
Digital display malfunction: Check if the battery level is sufficient, if not, replace the battery; If the display screen is damaged, it needs to be repaired or replaced with a digital display meter.
Sensor malfunction: Check if the sensor connector is loose. If it is loose, reconnect it; If the sensor is damaged, it needs to be replaced.
4、 Daily maintenance and long-term storage recommendations
routine maintenance
Cleaning equipment: Wipe the surface of the equipment with cotton yarn after each use to keep it clean.
Check components: Regularly check whether the tension rod nut is loose and whether the parallelism of the upper and lower pressure plates meets the standard (error ≤ 2mm).
Record data: Establish equipment maintenance records, record oil change times, fault symptoms, and handling methods, providing reference for subsequent maintenance.
Long term storage
Moisture and dust prevention: Store the equipment in a dry and ventilated room, avoiding direct sunlight and rain.
Disassemble battery: Remove the digital display battery when not in use for a long time to prevent damage to electronic components.
Regular activation:Digital in-situ press machineStart the equipment every 3 months and run it without load for 5 minutes to maintain lubrication of the hydraulic system.
