Multi functional electric compaction deviceThe operation must strictly follow the procedures to avoid deviation of test results or equipment damage caused by errors. Here are the key steps and common problem analysis:
1、 Key operational steps
Equipment inspection and preparation
Power and grounding: Check if the three-phase four wire system is in good condition, if the power supply voltage is normal, if the protective grounding is reliable, and to prevent the risk of electric shock.
Component calibration: Adjust the gap between the compaction hammer and the test cylinder wall to 3-5mm to ensure that the compaction hammer does not hit the test cylinder wall, avoiding equipment damage or test errors.
Sample preparation: The soil sample should be uniform and free of impurities. After cutting, it should be compacted as soon as possible to prevent moisture loss from affecting the results.
Parameter Setting and Operation
Compaction parameters: Set the compaction frequency and height according to the experimental requirements to avoid excessive compaction causing soil structure damage.
Startup and monitoring: Ensure that the compaction hammer is correctly positioned when starting the device, and do not touch moving parts during operation to prevent injury.
Termination and Reset: To terminate the compaction, press the "Stop" button; To reset the display screen, press the "stop" button without releasing it, and then press the "start" button.
Post experimental processing
Data recording: Timely record experimental data to avoid loss.
Equipment cleaning: Clean instruments, keep them clean, and extend their service life.
Maintenance: Regularly inspect fasteners and tighten them promptly if any looseness is found; The rotating part should be refueled every six months, and if frequently used, it should be increased as appropriate.
2、 Common problems and solutions
Abnormal equipment
Do not lift or detach the hammer: check if the transmission chain is loose and adjust the bolts accordingly; Check whether the shrapnel on the compaction hammer is damaged, whether the hammer block and hammer release key are worn, and replace them if necessary.
Display screen abnormality: Check if the proximity switch at the upload wheel is loose or too far away, adjust or replace.
The display screen does not show: Check if the power supply is normal or if the fuse in the distribution box is blown, and replace it in a timely manner.
The guide rod cannot be lifted off: Check if the chain is too loose, if the guide rod lacks lubricating oil or has too much dirt, clean and lubricate.
operational error
Starting without mixing: It is strictly prohibited to start the compaction instrument without mixing. When not in use, cotton yarn or shredded paper should be placed inside the test mold.
Parameter setting error: Set the compaction frequency and height correctly according to the experimental requirements to avoid excessive compaction.
Not wearing protective equipment: Wear protective goggles and gloves during operation to prevent splashing injuries.
Environment and Maintenance
Environmental factors: The experiment should be conducted in a constant temperature and humidity environment to avoid environmental factors affecting the results.
Long term storage: When the equipment is not in use for a long time, it is necessary to clean all components, apply engine oil to the test cylinder and rack, and disconnect the power supply.
Regular calibration: Regularly calibrate equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of measurement data.
