Precautions for use
Sample preparation: The sample should be free of particulate impurities (to avoid interference from scattered light). If there is precipitation, it should be centrifuged and the supernatant should be taken; Avoid bubbles (bubbles can cause abnormally low absorbance).
Cleaning of the testing platform: Clean it promptly after each test and use 75% ethanol to wipe (remove organic residues). Stubborn stains can be treated with specialized cleaning solution to prevent cross contamination.
