Large range laser dust analyzerSuitable for flow monitoring of ambient air and has strong practicality. The internal components adopt a laser dust multi particle size monitoring system, which can simultaneously monitor the dust concentration of multiple particle sizes in the area environment without the need to replace the cutting head. The instrument achieves real-time monitoring of inhalable particulate matter through the principle of light scattering.
The core of installing and calibrating laser dust analyzer probes is stable environment, precise installation, and standardized calibration:
1、 Installation steps
Choose the right location:
It is recommended to install the probe at the height of the worker's breathing belt (1.5-2.5 meters), such as 0.5-2 meters above the belt conveyor and about 2.5 meters on the workshop wall. Stay at least half a meter away from the wall and avoid strong air currents and vibration sources.
Fixed and wired:
Fix the bracket with expansion screws, choose flame-retardant power cables, and use twisted pair cables for signal cables. Remember to use single ended grounding in strong interference environments to avoid signal interference.
Post installation inspection:
After installation, tear off the sensor protective film and test it with standard dust. If the error exceeds 2%, it needs to be adjusted.
2、 Calibration process
Preparation before calibration:
Place the instrument in a dust-free environment (dust concentration ≤ 0.01mg/m ³), preheat it for 30 minutes, and connect it to a standard zero gas generator.
Perform calibration:
Enter calibration mode and follow the prompts. After calibration, the data will be automatically saved. Remember to have a professional calibrate it regularly (such as once a year).
3、 Daily maintenance
Clean with compressed air, never wash with water.
Regularly check whether the probe is loose and whether the signal wire is damaged.
