Our company's laminar flow differential pressure principle mass flowmeter/flow controller calculates the flow rate by the pressure difference generated when the fluid passes through the throttling element. The product is equipped with high-precision laminar flow elements, which are used in conjunction with electromagnetic proportional control valves and have built-in PID regulation function to achieve precise control of the flow rate.

When fluid flows through the throttling element from the pipeline, the flow velocity increases and the static pressure decreases, resulting in a differential pressure before and after the throttling element. Sensors measure differential pressure, convert differential pressure signals into electrical signals, and output them. The controller calculates the fluid flow rate using the flow equation (Hagen Poiseuille formula) based on the output differential pressure signal.

This series of products can measure multiple parameters such as mass flow rate, volume flow rate, pressure, and temperature of gases, and display a series of parameters through touch screens or other external devices and control systems through communication methods such as RS485/232 for data monitoring and analysis.
