Ultra thin wall 8-link PCR hard tubeCore features:
Ultra thin tube wall design: with a thickness of about 0.3mm, it ensures fast heat conduction and temperature uniformity, improving amplification efficiency.
Material and Transparency: Made of medical grade polypropylene, the transparent version has high transparency and is suitable for fluorescence quantitative PCR; The white version can reduce light interference.
Sealing: The convex or flat cover design effectively prevents sample evaporation and contamination.
Usage guide:
1. Selection and sealing of pipe cover
Convex cover/flat cover design: The flat cover is compatible with gradient PCR instruments such as ABI 7500, ensuring close contact with the instrument module; The convex cover may affect the uniformity of heat conduction.
Sealing: After adding the sample, gently press the tube cover to avoid aerosol contamination. It is recommended to use an optical flat cover to reduce evaporation.
2. Prevent sample evaporation and contamination
Sample addition control: The maximum volume of the 0.1mL eight tube is 150 μ L to avoid excessive pressure on the hot cover.
Operation specifications: Centrifuge before opening the lid, and mix well by micro centrifugation after adding the sample to avoid liquid residue on the tube wall.
Pollution prevention and control: zone operation (reagent preparation → amplification), use disposable gun heads, and regularly detect environmental pollution.
3. Precautions for adapting to instruments such as ABI 7500
Consumables verification: Some models require original factory verification of the linear range of consumables, with priority given to choosing milky white or transparent eight tube.
Hot cover setting: The hot cover (≤ 110 ℃) needs to be enabled to avoid oil film coverage and ensure temperature uniformity.
4. Post experimental processing
High pressure sterilization: Sterilize at 121 ℃ for 20 minutes to avoid residual amplification products contaminating subsequent experiments.
Result analysis: Run template free control (NTC) to confirm no contamination. If Ct value ≥ 40.0, investigate the cause.
Notes:
Material selection: For fluorescence quantitative experiments, white tubes are preferred to reduce signal interference.
Sterilization requirements: It can be sterilized under high pressure (121 ℃, 20 minutes), but it is necessary to avoid deformation caused by repeated high temperatures.
Pollution prevention and control: Use enzyme free consumables and promptly dispose of waste pipes after experiments.
