JKZC-RHP1700℃Ultra-high heat pressIt is a vacuum rapid hot pressing furnace (VRHP) designed specifically for preparing dense composite materials through rapid hot pressing in a vacuum (or atmosphere protected) environment. The 15KW induction heating power supply can quickly heat graphite molds and samples, with a maximum temperature of 1600 ℃. The induction heating coil and graphite mold are located inside a stainless steel vacuum chamber, and pressure is applied to the graphite mold through an electric hydraulic press, with a maximum pressure of 5T and a maximum single pressure of 90MPa.
