Determination of arsenic and mercury in fertilizers - Atomic fluorescence method

The arsenic, mercury and their compounds contained in fertilizers mainly come from mineral raw materials, industrial and household waste, livestock manure and other raw materials, and are usually referred to as heavy metal elements. The presence of these harmful elements in fertilizers has caused pollution to the ecological environment of farmland, affecting the growth and development of crops, and posing a great threat to food safety and human and animal health. This article analyzes and organizes data on the determination of arsenic and mercury in fertilizers using atomic fluorescence spectrometry.

Determination of Lead in Wheat Flour Quality Control Samples by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy

Lead is a widely distributed environmental heavy metal pollutant in nature. Soil, air, and water sources all contain varying degrees of lead, which enters our food through the air, water sources, and soil. If the content of lead in the human body exceeds the standard, it will bring many hazards to the human body. This article focuses on the quality control samples of wheat flour containing lead (Pb). The CAAM-2001E flame graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometer developed by Beijing Haotianhui Instrument Co., Ltd. was used for analysis and testing, with reference to the standard GB 5009.12-2017.

Detection of Impurity Content in Iron Powder Samples - Atomic Absorption Flame Method

The detection of impurity content in iron powder samples (atomic absorption flame method), due to the high main content of iron, has significant interference with the determination of most impurities. Therefore, the curve drawing using matrix matching method is relatively simple and appropriate. The content ratios of Ca, Co, Cr, Cu, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, and Zn in the iron powder sample were determined, as well as the influence of iron on the measured elements.
