Chemiluminescence boardIt is a microporous plate used for chemiluminescence detection, usually designed with 96 holes, and divided into white and black types according to experimental requirements.
Application scenarios:
Chemiluminescence detection: The white plate enhances the signal through reflected light, while the black plate suppresses interference between holes.
Cell culture: TC treatment promotes cell adhesion on the surface and is compatible with microscopic observation.
Main product features:
1. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) transparent plates are suitable for quantitative and qualitative solid-phase immunoassay and binding detection;
2. The black plate is suitable for fluorescence immunoassay and binding detection;
3. White board is suitable for self luminescence and chemiluminescence; Suitable for most standard equipment;
4. The adsorption capacity of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate proteins is divided into three levels:
5. Low adhesion: preferentially binds to molecules containing significant hydrophobic regions (lipids, lipoproteins, large proteins);
6. Medium adsorption capacity: binding to hydrophilic/hydrophobic biomolecules (medium to large proteins, immunoglobulins, albumin);
7. High adsorption capacity: preferentially binds to biomolecules with hydrophilic/hydrophobic properties (small to large proteins, immunoglobulins, albumin LPS, proteins).
Precautions for operation:
Avoid contamination: Use enzyme free and heat free independent packaging boards, and wear gloves during operation.
Compatibility of reagents: Ensure compatibility between reagents and plate materials to avoid corrosion or adsorption.
Signal reading: The white board needs to be matched with reflected light detection, and the black board needs to avoid environmental light interference.
