Replace consumables:

When the liquid level of potassium hydroxide solution is lower than half of the visible window, add purified water or distilled water.
Clean environment: Keep the surroundings of the instrument free of dust and moisture to avoid affecting measurement accuracy.
Regular maintenance:
Monthly maintenance: Check the sealing of the pipeline, lubricate the constant volume pump, replace the filter element, and verify the system.
Annual maintenance: Conduct full system calibration and use standard gas calibration equipment.
