Daily cleaning and inspection

Immediately clean the surface of the equipment and friction pairs (such as fixtures and friction heads) after each experiment, use a soft bristled brush to remove residual powder, and wipe the contact surface with an alcohol swab to avoid contamination that affects data accuracy. Unpainted parts need to be regularly maintained with a small amount of rust proof oil to prevent oxidation.

Key component maintenance

Friction pair: Check the wear condition weekly, and replace if the scratch depth exceeds 0.5mm or the thickness decreases.

Transmission system: Check the oil film on the lead screw and guide rail every month, and apply a thin layer of No. 32 mechanical oil when dry.

Sensor: Regularly calibrate to ensure an error of ≤± 1%.

Environment and Calibration

The equipment should be placed in an environment with a temperature of 20 ± 5 ℃ and a humidity of 40% -60%, away from vibration sources. Calibrated quarterly by professional institutions and tested monthly for emergency stop protection function.

Precautions

Clean the friction head after testing different materials to avoid cross contamination.

Hydraulic oil should be replaced every 2-3 years, and rust proof oil should be applied if it is not used for a long time.
