Controllable atmosphere and high temperature performance are its core competitiveness. Compared with ordinary muffle furnaces, the universal muffle furnace is equipped with a dedicated gas inlet interface and flow control system. Inert gases such as nitrogen and argon, or reactive gases such as oxygen and hydrogen, can be introduced according to experimental needs to accurately regulate the atmosphere inside the furnace, avoiding oxidation of samples at high temperatures or achieving specific chemical reactions. Its heating temperature range is wide, with conventional models reaching room temperature to 1200 ℃ and models breaking through 1600 ℃, meeting the high-temperature processing needs of different materials. Accurate temperature control and uniform heating ensure the reliability of the experiment. Adopting multi zone heating tubes and PID intelligent temperature control system, the temperature control accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃, and the temperature uniformity inside the furnace is ≤± 5 ℃, avoiding the problem of uneven sample processing caused by local temperature differences. The furnace chamber is made of high-purity alumina or mullite fiber material, which has excellent insulation performance and can reduce energy consumption while maintaining a stable temperature field. The furnace door is equipped with water cooling or insulation design to prevent high-temperature leakage and ensure operational safety. In the sample ashing experiment, the ashing temperature of 500-800 ℃ is precisely controlled to ensure complete ashing of the sample without losing the target components; In catalyst preparation, uniform loading of active components is achieved through programmed temperature control. ​
Flexible structure and convenient operation to meet diverse needs. The design of the universal muffle furnace chamber has different size specifications (volume 10-100L), which can be adapted to different sizes of experimental samples; Some models use drawer or open furnace doors for easy sample retrieval and cleaning of the furnace chamber. Equipped with high-definition touch screen and data storage function, it can preset multiple temperature rise, insulation, and cooling programs, automatically complete the experimental process, and record the temperature change curve, supporting data export and traceability.
