Working principle of comprehensive gas mask
A comprehensive anti-virus hood is composed of a hood assembly and two replaceable air purification parts. Depending on the type of air purification parts selected, it is used to protect against harmful vapors, gases, and/or dust. When inhaling, harmful air passes through air purification components that, depending on their type, absorb harmful vapors, gases, and/or dust before entering the body. When inhaling, the inhalation valve of the respirator opens while the exhalation valve closes to prevent harmful air from being sucked back into the mask. When exhaling, the exhalation valve opens and the inhalation valve closes to prevent the exhaust gas from being reabsorbed. Select two suitable air purification components for the assembly of the comprehensive gas mask and screw them onto the suction valve connector on the mask. Carefully check to ensure that the air purification element is effectively sealed to the mask buckle. After assembly, check and confirm that the respirator is not damaged. If you want to use the backpack accessory, screw the breathing tube onto the suction valve connector on the face mask. Select two suitable air purification components and screw them onto the suction valve connector on the backpack mounting plate. Carefully inspect to ensure effective sealing between the air purification components and the buckle holes on the backpack mounting plate. After assembly, carefully check to ensure that the respirator and backpack are not damaged. If the user is accustomed to wearing contact lenses, they can wear them when using the respirator. Glasses should not be worn when using this respirator, but eyeglass components with fixed personal corrective lenses can be used. In order not to affect the sealing between the mask and the face, only the North glasses component can be used.

When wearing a full face mask, please complete the following steps in a non polluting gas environment:
1. Check the respirator to ensure that all components are in the correct position and installed properly.
2. Relax the headband and adjust it to the maximum length.
3. Thread both thumbs through the headband and pick up the face mask. If equipped with a backpack breathing tube, cover it over the head.
4. Pull up the headband, brush the hair over the facial sealing area, cover it towards the middle of the back of the head, and insert the lower jaw into the mandibular cup.
5. Ensure that the mask is positioned in the center of the face and tighten the two straps below to fit snugly behind the head.
6. Tighten the two straps above.
7. Conduct positive or negative pressure sealing inspection.
