1. Be sure to choose a sieve with a thicker wire diameter, as the installation of a linear vibrating sieve is relatively cumbersome.

When cutting, the width of the sieve should be consistent with the mesh frame, and the length must be 50-70mm longer than the mesh frame.

3. When installing, be sure to tighten the screen mesh, as the tightness of the screen mesh is an important factor affecting the screening efficiency of the vibrating screen.

When installing a cleaning net ball, it is important to consider the difficulty of material screening and the number of holes, and not blindly install it.

5. If the proportion of the material is high or the mesh size of the sieve is high, a suitable mesh support should be added below the sieve to provide support, reduce the pressure of the material on the sieve, and extend its service life.

6. After the grid is assembled into the sieve box as required, remember to extend the extended sieve into the corresponding discharge port to avoid mixing.

When installing the pressure plate, it is necessary to pay attention to its flatness and evenly lock it with a sponge sealing tape with strong elasticity, because this is not only the key to preventing mixing, but also an important factor affecting the service life of the screen mesh.

8. After installation, a small amount of material should be used to test the fabric and screening situation of the screening machine. If the material is evenly conveyed forward, graded accurately, and there is no mixing phenomenon, it indicates that it can be put into use; On the contrary, if uneven phenomena such as deviation or clustering occur, the flatness and uniformity of the vibrating screen mesh surface should be adjusted; If mixing occurs, the sealing and tightness of the sieve should be checked.
