In the process of cement production, the complex working conditions of high temperature, high wear, and strong corrosion require high requirements for temperature measurement equipment.As a temperature measuring instrument designed specifically for harsh environments, wear-resistant thermocouples have become the core monitoring tool for key parts such as cement plant kilns and decomposition furnaces, providing precise guarantees for safety production and efficiency improvement.

  1、 Facing the abnormal working conditions of the cement plant directly
The production environment of cement plants is full of challenges: the temperature inside the rotary kiln can reach over 1200 ℃, material erosion causes rapid wear of protective pipes, and dust and corrosive gases (such as sulfides) accelerate equipment aging. Under such harsh conditions, ordinary thermocouples usually fail due to wear, thermal shock, or corrosion after only 10-90 days of use. Wear resistant protective tube: Made of high chromium cast steel with integral drilling or hard alloy (such as NH10, NH12), with a hardness of HRC60-65, resistant to erosion and nodules, and can withstand the continuous impact of cement dust and high-temperature materials. Some models also enhance their corrosion resistance through stainless steel spraying or high-temperature alloy coating.
2. Armored core: High temperature alloy armored components are used internally, which have high temperature resistance (0-1300 ℃) and fast response characteristics, ensuring stable transmission of temperature signals even in severe vibration environments.
3. Diversified adaptation: Provides various connection methods such as direct insertion, threaded fixation, flange installation, etc., supporting protective pipes with different diameters from Φ 16 to Φ 32mm, and flexibly matching the aperture requirements of various kilns in cement plants.
  3、 Practical application and benefits
In the actual deployment of cement plants, this product is widely used for key temperature measurement points such as three-stage cylinders, decomposition furnaces, kiln head covers, etc.
