Double jacket low-temperature reactorThe outer jacket is a vacuum layer that isolates air to ensure more stable temperature control. The kettle cover is equipped with functions such as pressure display, liquid feed inlet, inlet and outlet gas, safety device, sampling port, temperature collection, etc. The equipment adopts an oil bath jacket to ensure stable temperature inside the kettle. The device adopts a 10.2-inch touch screen and is equipped with control software, which displays and records real-time temperature, pressure, stirring and other data inside the kettle. It is also equipped with functions such as pressure and temperature grading alarm, process data recording and transmission, historical trend statistics of various data, etc. It can also be operated on a computer or mobile app.
Daily and Regular Inspections:
Equipment appearance inspection: Regularly inspect the exterior of the reactor for corrosion, deformation, wear, and other conditions, and check whether the connection parts (such as flanges and connecting pipes) are well sealed and have no signs of leakage.
Internal inspection: Regularly open the reaction kettle to check whether the internal components such as the mixer and heat exchange device are normal, and inspect whether the anti-corrosion coating (if any) inside the kettle is intact. If there is any damage, it should be repaired in a timely manner.
Temperature control system inspection: Check all parts of the temperature control system to ensure reliable operation, prevent overheating or overcooling, and regularly check the refrigerant level to ensure cooling effectiveness.
Cleaning and lubrication:
Cleaning requirements: After each use, residual materials and impurities in the kettle should be promptly removed to avoid affecting the next reaction. Suitable cleaning agents can be used during cleaning, but it is necessary to avoid using cleaning agents that are corrosive to stainless steel.
Lubrication and maintenance: Regularly lubricate and maintain the transmission device of the reaction kettle, and add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the transmission part of the mixer to reduce wear. At the same time, check the lubrication condition of seals (such as mechanical seals and packing seals) to ensure sealing performance.
