Touchscreen low-speed freezing centrifugeIt is a laboratory equipment that combines touch screen intelligent control, low-temperature environment maintenance, and low-speed separation functions, designed specifically for the separation of temperature sensitive substances such as biological samples and blood products.
Safety regulations and maintenance:
Operation taboos:
During operation, the operator must not leave. In emergency situations, press the brake button (not directly cut off the power).
The rotor cover must be tightened without gaps and regularly checked for wear.
Cleaning and maintenance:
Clean the chamber and rotor after each use, store the front row of dry condensate water, and avoid long-term power on.
Usage and precautions:
Take two centrifuge tubes, weigh them on a balance, adjust the amount of material inside the tubes so that the weight of the two tubes together with their sleeves is equal. If there is only one tube of material, water can be added to the opposite tube to balance it. Place the centrifuge tube containing the material inside the centrifuge metal tube sleeve, and if necessary, place a layer of cotton on the bottom of the tube.
Before the experiment begins, check the instruments and equipment, including checking whether the bolts are loose, whether the drum is firmly connected to the spindle, whether the braking device is complete and effective, and whether the power supply is reliable.
When using a centrifuge, if there is vibration and noise, it indicates an internal weight imbalance. If a metallic sound is found, it often indicates that the internal test tube has ruptured and should be immediately stopped for inspection.
After the moving disk stops rotating automatically, the centrifuge cover can be lifted and the centrifuge tube can be removed. When removing the centrifuge tube, be careful not to let the already precipitated material rise due to vibration and become turbid.
After reaching a certain time, slowly turn the pointer of the speed regulator to zero. Then turn off the power.
