A parallel reactor is an important experimental equipment commonly used for studying the kinetic characteristics and reaction mechanisms of chemical reactions. Parallel reactor is an experimental instrument used for precision chemical reactions, also known as parallel hydrogenation reactor, multifunctional parallel reactor, miniature magnetic high-pressure reactor, etc. It is mainly used for chemical reaction experiments that require simultaneous measurement of temperature, addition of inert gas, pressure, pH value, conductivity, and redox potential.
A parallel reactor is an experimental device capable of conducting multiple chemical reactions simultaneously, typically consisting of multiple reaction vessels that can independently control parameters such as temperature, pressure, and stirring speed. Its working principle may involve adding reactants to various reaction vessels and observing and studying the reaction process under different conditions by controlling the reaction conditions.
The working principle of a parallel reactor is to put the reaction solvent into the inner layer and then stir it to make it react. The reactor can be heated and cooled using different refrigerants, hot water, and hot oil. Inject cooling medium or constant temperature thermal dissolution medium into the middle layer of the reactor to heat or cool the materials in the reactor. Meanwhile, stir under negative pressure or atmospheric pressure. When the reactor reacts in the reactor, the evaporation and reflux of the reaction solution can be controlled. After the reaction is completed, the material can be released from the outlet at the bottom of the reactor.
Daily inspection and maintenance:
Blender inspection: Regularly check the blender for any abnormal noise or heat to ensure its normal operation.
Valve operation: When using the valve, the valve stem should be slowly rotated to ensure a tight seal and achieve a good sealing effect.
Heating and cooling system inspection: Check for damage or water leakage in the heater and cooler to ensure effective temperature control.
Electrical equipment and control system: Check whether the electrical equipment and wiring inside the control box are intact, without leakage or short circuit.
