Maintenance knowledge of high and low temperature test chambers
Date: 2016-07-21Read: 0

The high and low temperature test chamber is a commonly used experimental instrument that tests the performance indicators of components and materials of electronic and electrical products, automobiles and motorcycles, aerospace, rubber, plastics, metals, marine weapons, universities, research institutions and other related products under high and low temperature changes. Today, we will mainly introduce the maintenance knowledge of high and low temperature test chambers, hoping to help users better apply their products.

1. We generally recommend placing the high and low temperature test chamber at a temperature of 8 ℃~28 ℃. For laboratories that do not have this condition, appropriate air conditioning units must be equipped.
2. Adhere to the professional management and maintenance of dedicated personnel, and units with conditions should periodically send dedicated personnel to the supplier's factory for training and learning, in order to gain more professional experience and ability in maintenance and repair.
3. The condenser should be cleaned every 3 months. For compressors cooled by air, the condenser fan should be regularly inspected and the condenser should be cleaned and dusted to ensure good ventilation and heat transfer performance. For compressors that use water-cooled cooling, in addition to ensuring their inlet water pressure and temperature, it is also necessary to ensure the corresponding flow rate, and regularly clean and scale the inside of the condenser to obtain its continuous heat transfer performance.
4. Regularly clean the evaporator: Due to the varying cleanliness levels of the test samples, a large amount of dust and other small particles may accumulate on the evaporator under forced air circulation. Regular cleaning should be carried out.
5. Cleaning and balancing the circulating fan and condenser fan is similar to cleaning the evaporator. Due to the different working environments of the test chamber, a lot of small particles such as dust will accumulate on the circulating fan and condenser fan, and they should be cleaned regularly.
6. Waterway and humidifier cleaning: If the waterway is not smooth and the humidifier scales, it is easy for the humidifier to dry and burn, which may damage the humidifier. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly clean the waterway and humidifier.
7. Persist in setting the temperature near the ambient temperature after each experiment, work for about 30 minutes, then cut off the power and clean the inner wall of the studio.
8. When the product is not in use for a long time, it should be powered on regularly every half month, with a power on time of not less than 1 hour.
Due to the fact that the high and low temperature test chamber is mainly composed of multiple systems including electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical components, once there is a problem with the equipment, a comprehensive inspection and analysis of the entire equipment system should be conducted. Generally speaking, the process of analysis and judgment can start with external factors and then proceed with internal analysis, that is, after eliminating external factors, the equipment can be systematically decomposed based on the fault symptoms. Afterwards, the comprehensive analysis and judgment of the system can be carried out, or the reverse reasoning method can be used to find the cause of the fault. First, check if there is a problem with the electrical system according to the electrical wiring diagram, and then check if there is a problem with the refrigeration system. Before identifying the cause of the malfunction, do not disassemble or replace parts blindly to avoid unnecessary trouble.
