Packaging sealing testerIt is a key equipment for testing the sealing performance of various packaging, and its accuracy and service life directly depend on daily maintenance. The following are several easy to operate maintenance tips that can effectively ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
1、 Body and shell maintenance
Regular cleaning: After each use, wipe the surface of the machine with a clean, soft, dust-free cloth to remove dust, stains, and residual testing media (such as sealing liquid, bubble solution, etc.); If there are stubborn stains, you can dip a small amount of neutral cleaner and gently wipe it, avoiding the use of corrosive solvents such as alcohol and acetone to prevent the coating of the shell from peeling or cracking.
Moisture and dust prevention: The equipment should be placed in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid long-term exposure to damp and dusty workshops or warehouses; When idle, a dust cover can be installed to prevent dust from entering the sensors and pipelines inside the equipment.
2、 Core component maintenance
Testing chamber maintenance
The testing chamber is a component that directly contacts the sample and medium. After each test is completed, any residual liquid in the chamber should be drained, rinsed with clean water, and wiped dry to prevent corrosion of the inner wall of the chamber by residual medium.
If the cavity is made of stainless steel material, a small amount of anti rust oil can be applied regularly (food grade anti rust agents should be selected for food industry equipment) to avoid rusting and affecting the sealing effect.
Maintenance of sensors and pressure gauges
Sensors are the core of device accuracy, and it is necessary to regularly check whether the sensor connection wires are loose to avoid data deviation caused by poor contact; It is strictly prohibited to collide or squeeze the sensor probe.
The pressure gauge needs to be kept clean, and the pointer should be regularly observed for flexibility. If there is any jamming or inaccurate value, please contact a professional for calibration in a timely manner and do not disassemble it by yourself.
Maintenance of pipelines and seals
Regularly inspect the air and liquid pipelines of the equipment for aging, cracking, and leakage. If any damage is found, replace them promptly to prevent unstable testing pressure.
The sealing rings, valve gaskets, and other vulnerable parts of the cavity need to be inspected every 3-6 months. If deformation, hardening, or sealing failure occurs, the same specification accessories should be replaced immediately to ensure the sealing performance during testing.
3、 Electrical system maintenance
Power and line inspection: Check the equipment power cords and plugs for damage and aging every month to ensure good grounding and prevent leakage; Avoid frequent power plugging and unplugging. After shutting down, wait for the device to completely cool down before disconnecting the power.
Maintenance of control module: The buttons and display screen of the control panel should be kept dry and clean. If the buttons malfunction or the screen is blurred, first check for dust or moisture entering. If necessary, contact the manufacturer for professional maintenance. Do not disassemble the machine by yourself.
4、 Maintenance cycle and ledger
Develop cycle: Daily maintenance should be carried out after each use, in-depth inspection of core components can be conducted every 1-3 months, and comprehensive calibration and maintenance are recommended to be completed by contacting the manufacturer every six months.
Establish a ledger: Record the time, content, and equipment operation status of each maintenance. If any abnormalities occur, the cause can be quickly traced, and it can also provide a basis for regular calibration and scrapping of equipment.
