This application brief introduces the detection methods and partial methodological validation results of 43 banned pesticides and 31 restricted pesticides residues based on the content of the 2025 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2341 and 0212 public drafts. Select substrates such as Ophiopogon japonicus, ginseng, tangerine peel, licorice, chrysanthemum, and Codonopsis pilosula, and use Agilent Bond Elut QuEChERS and Agilent Bond Elut HLB SPE purification columns for sample pretreatment, followed by injection into LC-MS/MS system for analysis. The experimental results show that the method has good linearity, and the linear correlation coefficients of the target compounds under investigation are all greater than 0.995; For six different medicinal substrates, the recovery rates of the target compounds obtained through two sample pretreatment methods meet the requirements (60% -130%); And the stability test results show that the peak area deviation of the target compound is within ± 15%, which meets the requirements of the pharmacopoeia.
