| Working principle | Wet grid ball mill process diagram The working principle of Xinhai wet grid ball mill is mainly to slowly rotate it through the transmission device, and the material is fed from the feeding end of the cylinder. Due to the impact and self grinding of the steel ball and ore itself, the material is crushed inside the cylinder. Due to the continuous feeding of materials, the pressure causes the material inside the cylinder to move from the feeding end to the discharging end. The material that reaches the finished particle size is discharged from the discharge end of the cylinder. During wet grinding, materials are carried out by water flow; During dry grinding, the material is carried out by the airflow. The ball mill has a discharge grid at the discharge end, and the ball mill relies on the grid plate to force the discharge of ore. The slurry surface inside the cylinder is low, reducing the over grinding of ore and preventing the discharge of steel balls. |
