It is equipped with a quartz infrared absorption cell and can be connected to major infrared spectrometers such as Bruker, Nicolet, PE, Shimadzu, Jasco, Varian \\ Bio Rad for chemical adsorption determination of small molecule compounds such as ammonia, pyridine, carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, methanol, ethanol, etc. This vacuum system is used for adsorption state characterization and is made up of sintered hard glass components. The complete system consists of a mechanical pump, a diffusion pump, a cold well, various glass vacuum valves, and pipelines connected together. When configuring vacuum measuring devices and some special connecting devices, if adsorption state work is to be carried out, a dedicated infrared absorption cell and temperature control system must also be configured.
