Satmagic is designed specifically for measuring the concentration of magnetite in iron ore.It can be used for various applications:

Analyze magnetite in iron ore, concentrate, and tailings.
Control the smelting of copper and nickel by analyzing magnetite and other ferromagnetic oxides in slag.

Sample Type
The maximum sample volume for powder, particle, or solid samples is 1.2 cubic centimeters (0.073 cubic inches). Suggested sample size: Fill the sample container. Particle size: An average particle size greater than 150 microns (100 mesh) will not affect the measurement.For finer materials, Satmagic provides slightly lower readings, so different calibration curves are required.
