Yiranpusher-typeThe equipment heating furnace adopts a dual regenerative combustion system, and the water beam in the furnace is a horizontal and vertical water pipe structure. It adopts a vaporization cooling self circulation method and is mainly composed of masonry structure, furnace steel structure, regenerative combustion system, vaporization cooling system, water cooling system, and mechanical equipment.

(1) Push steel heating furnace masonry structure: The working layer of the furnace top and wall adopts a composite masonry structure with low cement integral casting, and the furnace bottom adopts a composite masonry structure. The furnace body has good thermal insulation performance and good air tightness. The thickness of the furnace side wall adopts a structural form combining insulation materials and low cement castables. The furnace top adopts a structural form of combining insulation materials and low cement castables. The furnace bottom should have good insulation performance and strength. The overall pouring and wrapping of water beams should fully consider their service life to avoid the peeling of refractory materials. Provide wrapping plans for various water pipes at the bottom of the furnace.

The walking platforms on both sides of the furnace should have sufficient width to facilitate the installation and maintenance of the burners and equipment on both sides. The overhead and suspended regulating valves and other equipment on the furnace roof should have operation and maintenance platforms; Stairs should be installed at the connection between different platforms and corridors, and railings should be installed at the edges of the platforms and corridors. Set up safety railings around the lifting holes and design reasonable lifting holes. The platform and channel are composed of steel sections, patterned steel plates, or steel grating according to different parts. The installation device of the push type heating furnace is convenient for online slag removal, and the number and position of maintenance doors are reasonably set.

(3) Regenerative combustion system: The main components of the regenerative system in the steel forging heating furnace are the regenerative burner; Directional valve, directional program, and safety control unit; Air supply system; Natural gas supply system; Blow and release system; Smoke exhaust system; Ignition oven system. The design of the thermal storage burner should facilitate the installation and replacement of the thermal storage body. The material of the thermal storage burner brick should have excellent thermal shock resistance, and the bidder should provide a material selection plan. The thermal storage body adopts ceramic honeycomb body and is designed with baffle bricks, all of which are made of corundum mullite material. Outdoor natural gas pipelines are equipped with natural gas drainage systems. The main pipeline of blast furnace natural gas is equipped with four valve groups including electric control valves, electric butterfly valves, electric blind plate valves, and pneumatic quick cut valves; The natural gas pipeline for the oven and the main natural gas pipeline for combustion are separated and controlled separately, and manual butterfly valves, manual blind valves, and pneumatic quick cut valves are installed. Install a natural gas blowing and releasing system on the natural gas pipeline. Install necessary explosion-proof valves on air segmented pipelines. Each section of natural gas and air pipeline is equipped with flow measurement and flow control valves; Flow control valves are installed in each section of coal smoke and air smoke pipelines. A manual valve is installed in front of each burner. The natural gas valve adopts a three eccentric metal hard seal butterfly valve, and the air valve adopts a straight metal hard seal butterfly valve. There are two blowers, one in use and one as backup, both equipped with mufflers; One air induced draft fan and one coal induced draft fan; The fan is required to be equipped with electric louvers. Set up two steel chimneys for air smoke and coal smoke, without separately setting up a secondary flue. Combustion control of heating furnace: It is recommended to adopt segmented and side oriented centralized reversing while ensuring the uniformity of the temperature of the discharged slab in the early stage.

(4) Vaporization cooling system: The water beam of the push steel heating furnace adopts vaporization cooling and low-pressure natural circulation. The vaporization cooling system includes a circulating water cooling system, a steam system, a feedwater and deoxygenation system, a softened water system, and a sewage and sampling system. The supporting automation instrument system, power supply and distribution system, and water supply and drainage system. Establish a separate soft water treatment device to supply the soft water required for the operation of the vaporization system. Provide an overall plan for the vaporization cooling system and a list of the main equipment for vaporization cooling facilities. The heating furnace adopts a set of room temperature feedwater deoxygenation system. The new water sent from the contact point is softened by the soft water preparation system and enters the soft water tank. The soft water is then pumped to the ambient temperature deaerator for deoxygenation by the soft water pump, and the deoxygenated water is replenished to the heating furnace steam drum by the feedwater pump.

(5) Water cooling system: The clean ring cooling water adopts pressurized return water, closed-loop control, and return water temperature detection. The discharge furnace door is controlled by hydraulic pressure and can be operated automatically or manually, interlocked with the loading and unloading steel machine. Install maintenance doors on both sides of the heating furnace.

(6) Heating furnace mechanical equipment: Heating furnace mechanical equipment includes: loading furnace door lifting mechanism, discharging furnace door lifting mechanism, etc. The equipment requirements are as follows: the design of the structure and mechanical components of all equipment should take into account the impact force caused by dynamic loads.
