1、 Equipment usage

This product is mainly used by colleges, research institutions, and production enterprises to treat metal materials under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions(Such as stainless steel, nickel based alloys, copper, alloy steel, nickel cobalt alloys, rare earth neodymium iron oxide, etc)It can also be subjected to melting treatment, vacuum refining treatment and precision casting of alloy steel

2、 Structural description

This product consists of a furnace cover, furnace body, furnace bottom, crucible rotating mechanism, vacuum system, and intermediate frequency power control system. The furnace cover, furnace body, and furnace bottom all adopt a double-layer water-cooled structure to maintain the temperature of the furnace shell not exceeding60℃. The opening method of the furnace cover is manual, and there are observation holes and baffles on the furnace cover. In order to facilitate the addition of alloy elements during the melting process, an alloy feeder is specially designed on the furnace cover. There is an induction coil inside the furnace, which can be easily poured into the ingot mold by manually rotating the handle outside the furnace. The ingot mold can be designed in a water-cooled form. There is a temperature measuring device installed on the upper part of the crucible.
