In the biological treatment of sewage, fillers are carriers of microorganisms, and their characteristics play an important role in the amount of biological solids, oxygen utilization rate, water flow conditions, and contact between wastewater and biofilm in the contact oxidation tank. Therefore, they are important factors affecting the effectiveness of biological treatment. The combination fillers and spherical fillers developed and produced by our company have the characteristics of large specific surface area, easy film formation and aging biofilm detachment, uniform gas distribution, stable material, long service life, etc., which can ensure high oxygenation efficiency, and are also convenient for design, installation, maintenance, replacement, etc.

3、 Scope of application
This filler is important for contact oxidation processes (including anaerobic and aerobic), and can be used for aerobic contact oxidation of low to medium concentration organic wastewater and anaerobic contact of high concentration organic wastewater.
If a fluidized bed is set up for this filler, it is a new type of activated sludge process.
This filler is widely used in industrial wastewater treatment in industries such as petrochemicals, papermaking, carpets, beer, leather, food, processing, textiles, printing and dyeing, pharmaceuticals, etc.
