Overview

The YZS-102 dual needle pressure gauge is mainly used on locomotives and vehicles to measure the pressure of hydraulic systems or air storage cylinders. It can also be used for pressure measurement of various non corrosive, non crystalline, and solidified media such as copper alloys and tin lead alloys during brazing. A dual needle pressure gauge can measure two identical or different pressures simultaneously (the difference between the two should generally not exceed one-third of the limit on the scale range). Structural principle: 1. The instrument consists of two independent measurement systems and indicator devices. 2. The working principle of the instrument is based on the elastic deformation of the elastic element (spring tube in the measurement system). Under the pressure of the measured medium, the ends of the two spring tubes are forced to produce corresponding displacements, which are amplified by the transmission mechanism of the wheel through the pull rod. The two measured values are indicated on the dial by the red and black pointers fixed on the wheel axle. Main technical indicators: Model accuracy level, usage environmental conditions, temperature influence, measurement range (Kpa) YZS-1021.5-60 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 80%.
