Product Overview
The MTZG-2400 coal drum testing machine is a specialized instrument for measuring the fragility and dust index of coal. During the experiment, the coal sample is taken out according to the national standard GB475 "Methods for Sampling Commercial Coal", and the coal sample is sieved and prepared according to the regulations. The coal sample is placed in the testing machine, and the instrument reaches the index within the specified time at the specified speed. The average particle size reduction percentage of the coal is calculated based on the quality of each particle size grade of coal to indicate its fragility and dust index.
The instrument is designed and developed according to the requirements of the American standard ASTM D-441 "Coal Drum Test", and the product complies with the Chinese coal industry standard MT/T 1012-2006 "Coal Drum Test Method".
The instrument has multiple functions, including microcomputer counting, automatic shutdown when the counter displays 2400 revolutions per minute, emergency stop in case of host failure, and accumulation of revolutions per minute when restarted.
