1、 Purpose:

This device is suitable for low-temperature quick freezing experiments of various products. Such as low-temperature testing for chemical, physical, electrical, marine biology, electronic components, and building materials.

3、 Structural characteristics

The instrument is equipped with a flip cover, built-in sliding glass, and a thick insulation layer, which has good low-temperature retention effect and is convenient for experiments. The constant temperature bath is made of corrosion-resistant alloy plate, and is made of high-quality steel plate externally. The middle is filled with polyurethane insulation material. The power supply used is AC single-phase 50Hz voltage 220-242V, which is unstable. Please install a voltage regulator with an input power of more than 5 times. When using, a voltage regulator should be used to adjust it to 220V 50Hz 15A.

4、 Freezing instructions

  1. When placing the sample, a certain gap should be left between the sample and the inner container of the freezer to ensure air flow and uniform cooling.
  2. For items with high experimental temperatures and those that are prone to moisture loss, please wrap them in well sealed food bags or cling paper to prevent moisture from escaping and causing frost in the studio, which may affect refrigeration.
  3. Strictly store volatile and flammable gases and liquids such as strong alkalis, strong acids, gasoline, alcohol, etc. in the freezer.
  4. The number of samples placed at once should not be too many, otherwise the compressor will not stop for a long time and the temperature inside the box will decrease slowly, which may not meet the requirements.
  5. After finishing the work, cut off the power, take out the frozen sample, open the freezer door to let it naturally heat up, melt the defrosting layer, and drain the water with a soft cloth.
