The YX-8000 chromatographic column constant temperature box is an integrated type of temperature controller and heating box in the same chassis; It can be installed vertically or horizontally.

*Flexible placement method: The integrated design allows for both vertical and horizontal placement.

*Accurate temperature control and display: The microprocessor thermostat has dual four digit digital settings and display, which can achieve temperature control accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃.

2、 Installation method of chromatographic column

1. The installation of a single column (column length 150300mm) can be operated according to (Figure 1).

When using a protective column, refer to (Figure 2 or Figure 3) for installation.

When using a double column, replace it with a double column bracket, as shown in Figure 4 for installation.

3、 Temperature control operation instructions

After installing the chromatography column, plug in the power cord and turn on the power switch.

2. The temperature control display setting value is set at the factory (usually the initial value is 50 ℃)

3. Every time the power is turned on, the set value is retained from the previous time. If you want to change the control temperature of the chromatography column, you can reset it. The operation is as follows:

(1) Press the "▲" or "▼" keys to set the number to the desired temperature value, and the red number will stop flashing. The temperature controller will automatically remember the set value.

(2) After the setting operation is completed, the measured display value will inform the operator of the actual temperature change inside the heating box in real time.

4 Precautions

After the chromatographic column is installed, the chromatographic pump should be started to check for any liquid leakage before and after the column is installed, and the solution should not be leaked into the column box.

During the temperature control process, the box cover should be securely closed to maintain the temperature.

4. Keep the interior and components of the column box clean, and disconnect the power supply in a timely manner when not in use.

5. When the thermostat leaves the factory, the internal temperature control mode and parameters have been locked (which does not affect the user's normal operation). Therefore, users are advised not to disassemble the device or arbitrarily change the internal settings of the thermostat without the manufacturer's permission.
