1、 Main characteristics

QAL9-2Has high mechanical properties, good corrosion resistance in atmosphere, fresh water, and seawater, good casting performance, dense structure, high air tightness, good wear resistance, can be welded, not easily brazed.

QAL9-2 has high strength, hardness, and wear resistance, and is commonly used in the manufacture of gear blanks, threads, and other parts. It has good corrosion resistance and can therefore be used to manufacture corrosion-resistant parts such as propellers and valves.

QAL9-2 does not generate sparks under impact and can be used to manufacture spark free tool materials. It has excellent thermal conductivity and stable stiffness. As a mold material, it does not produce adhesive film or scratch the workpiece during stretching and rolling of stainless steel plate heat exchangers, and has become a new type of mold material.

QAL9-2 has a shape memory effect and has been developed as a shape memory alloy.
