Working Principle:
Zirconia oxygen detectorThe working principle of the zirconia analyzer is that when the measured gas (flue gas) enters the inside of the zirconia tube through the sensor, the reference gas (air) enters the outside of the sensor through natural convection. When the oxygen concentration inside and outside the zirconia tube is different, an oxygen concentration difference potential is generated on the inside and outside of the zirconia tube (under the condition that the reference gas is determined, the oxygen concentration difference potential output by the zirconia analyzer corresponds to the working temperature of the sensor and the concentration of the measured gas as a function). The oxygen concentration difference potential measured by the zirconia analyzer is converted into a standard signal that is linearly related to the oxygen content of the measured flue gas by the display instrument for display and output.
