Zirconia oxygen analyzerMainly used in industries such as thermal power plants, waste to energy plants, steel plants, chemical plants, etc., the main working principle is based on zirconia oxygen concentration batteries, which convert the oxygen content of flue gas into potential signals at high temperatures. The product features real-time, online, high-temperature direct measurement, fast response, and high accuracy. CE-2C typeZirconia oxygen analyzerIt belongs to the split flange installation direct insertion zirconia oxygen analyzer, which monitors the oxygen concentration of flue gas online.


2、 Application of the product:

Power industry:

Thermal power plants (coal-fired boilers): Boiler, circulating fluidized bed, gas turbine flue oxygen monitoring, usually using direct insertion flange installation, CE-2C type, wall mounted LCD display.

Function: Adjust the air-fuel ratio, improve combustion efficiency, reduce coal consumption, decrease exhaust emissions, and optimize production.

Supporting: DCS/PLC automatic air control, achieving low oxygen combustion

Steel metallurgy:

Environmental Protection and Solid Waste:

Function: Convert emission concentration (based on benchmark oxygen), meet environmental networking requirements, and support carbon accounting data.

Selection: Due to the presence of corrosive gases in the flue gas, we use corrosion-resistant zirconia probes, which can effectively reduce measurement errors and shorten the lifespan caused by corrosion.


3、 Selection and installation points:

Select according to operating conditions: constant oxygen (boiler/flue, 0-25% O ₂), trace oxygen (inert gas/protective gas), explosion-proof type (chemical/hazardous waste)

Installation: Insert directly into the flue/furnace, tilt the probe downwards to prevent dust accumulation and condensation, equipped with blowing and anti blocking measures

Advantages: High temperature resistance (600-1600 ℃), fast response, maintenance free, long service life
