2. Functional design and process
For the decoration of the operating room, high-grade electrolytic steel plates are used for the walls, which have the characteristics of antibacterial, seismic, sound insulation, UV resistance, durability, dust resistance, drug resistance, and high hardness. The design adopts modular large arc installation wall panels with national standards, which are easy to install and disassemble, have high dimensional accuracy, and are convenient for maintenance and layout adjustment
Selection of Plane Process
This design chooses a peripheral recycling type flat process, which is designed with the concept that postoperative waste is the most likely to cause cross infection. From the perspective of pollution control, the flow of waste is the most important. This approach emphasizes the separation of postoperative instruments, waste, and other flow lines that pose a risk of contamination. This process forms the surgical core area between the operating room and the auxiliary rooms that directly serve it. Aseptic items, preoperative and postoperative medical staff, and patients all pass through the clean central corridor, where a space is set up for doctors to wash their hands and disinfect. After the surgery, the waste is packaged and processed on site, and then transported out by a dedicated waste elevator through a clean corridor in the shortest possible route, without interfering with any other flow lines. This layout conforms to people's walking habits and is easily accepted by medical staff.
3. Design of graphic layout

3.2 Other Area Design: The second floor ICU consists of a 33 bed hall, 2 VIP double rooms, 1 isolation single room, 1 isolation double room with 8 reserved beds, a clean corridor and related clean auxiliary rooms, a clean corridor and related clean auxiliary rooms, an office corridor and related office auxiliary rooms.
4. Material configuration and design specifications
4.1 Explanation of Decorative Materials for Operating Room
The operating room engineering is also a semi permanent infrastructure project that must consider a certain degree of foresight and feasibility in order to achieve our goal of not falling behind in the next 20 years. Therefore, the design and selection of materials are considered according to the following plan:
4.1.1 Selection of wall materials. The wall materials of the Grade 100 operating room we designed this time are all made of square tube keel gypsum board covered with stainless steel plate.
Due to the use of non rusting materials on the walls of the operating room, the problem of wall rusting has been solved. Even if the surface coating of the wall is damaged during installation and use, it will not rust. Compared with rusting materials on the body, it has great durability and a service life of more than 20 years can be guaranteed.
The installation form of the designed wall panel adopts a plate type, which has the following advantages compared to the overall welded wall panel: it avoids the possibility of damage to the protective layer on the wall panel surface caused by on-site welding process defects. The surface of the board is electrostatically sprayed with plastic, and the color can be selected by the hospital according to the color card and adjusted by computer. The wall to wall, wall to ceiling, and wall to floor use rounded corners for transition, without any hygiene blind spots. The visual effect of the space is good, without dust accumulation, and it is also conducive to indoor air flow, reducing the generation of vortex zones and ultimately improving the purification effect. The anti-aging weather resistant glue is used to seal the seam, making the operating room airtight, and its service life can reach more than 20 years. In addition, weather resistant adhesive is elastic and can counteract wall deformation caused by temperature changes.

4.1.2 Selection of ground materials. The operating room adopts German imported Nora rubber rolls, with rounded corners at the connection between the rolls and the wall. The rolls are bonded to the ground with imported special floor adhesive, and all joints between rolls are welded and smoothed with imported homogeneous special welding rods to ensure that the ground is waterproof and dust-proof.
4.1.3 Selection of Ceiling Materials. The Grade 100 operating room adopts light steel keel gypsum board covered with stainless steel plate. The joints between the boards are sealed with weather resistant adhesive that is similar in color to the surface coating. The 10000 level operating room adopts light steel keel stone bone plate covered with electrolytic steel plate. The joints between the boards are sealed with weather resistant adhesive that is similar in color to the surface coating. The ceiling height of the operating room is designed to be 3000mm.
4.2 Explanation of Decorative Materials for Surgical Department Corridors, Auxiliary Rooms, and ICU
4.2.1 Selection of wall materials: The clean corridors, clean auxiliary rooms, clean corridors, and clean auxiliary rooms in the operating department are covered with 3mm double-sided aluminum-plastic panels for civil lightweight partition walls. The office corridors and auxiliary rooms of the surgical department are coated with antibacterial paint on the civil walls. The wet area walls are constructed with bricks, and after waterproofing treatment, 300x450 Nobel porcelain tiles are laid on the walls. The ICU ward adopts stainless steel frame glass partitions and civil lightweight partition walls covered with 3mm double-sided aluminum-plastic panels (subject to the drawings). The ICU clean corridors, clean auxiliary rooms, clean corridors, and clean auxiliary rooms adopt civil lightweight partition walls covered with 3mm double-sided aluminum-plastic panels. The ICU office corridor and office auxiliary rooms use civil engineering partition walls coated with Nippon Paint antibacterial coating.
4.2.2 Selection of ground materials: French Jiefu homogeneous transparent anti-static 2mm PVC roll material is selected for other areas. All joints between the rolls are treated with homogeneous special welding rods and leveled, and are connected to the wall in a circular arc. Before laying the flooring, a 3mm cement self leveling should be made. After waterproofing treatment on the wet area floor, lay 300x300 Nobel anti slip tiles.
4.2.3 Selection of Ceiling Materials: Light steel keel calcium silicate board with 3mm double-sided aluminum-plastic panel is used for ceilings in other areas of the operating department. The ceiling height of the operating room is 3.0m, the ceiling height of the office area is 2.6m, and the ceiling height of other areas is 2.6m. The ceiling of the ICU office area is made of light steel keel moisture-proof gypsum board brushed with antibacterial coating material. The suspended ceiling in other areas of the ICU is made of light steel keel calcium silicate board with 3mm double-sided aluminum-plastic panel. The ceiling height in the office area is 2.5m, and the ceiling height in other areas is 2.6m.
4.2.4 Doors: The main door of the operating room and the partition door of the clean corridor are Panasonic induction type electric swing doors, which have three opening modes: induction, electric, and manual with delayed closing function. The operating speed can be adjusted, and the door can freely pass through with a size of 1400x2100. There should be a "manual operation" indicator light on the operating room door cover.
