Precautions for using Yintai linear guide rail:


（1） Pick up: 1. The slider and slide rail may fall down due to their own weight after tilting, please be careful. 2. Knocking or dropping the slide rail may not show any visible damage, but it may cause functional loss. Please be careful and cautious. 3. Please do not disassemble the slider by yourself, as it may cause foreign objects to enter or have adverse effects on assembly accuracy.


（2） Lubrication: 1. Please wipe the rust proof oil first before sealing it with lubricating oil (grease) for use. 2. Do not mix lubricating oils (greases) of different properties for use. 3. When using lubricating oil for lubrication, it may vary depending on the installation method. Please contact PMI first.


（3） Usage: 1. The ambient temperature should not exceed 80 ° C, and the instantaneous temperature should not exceed 100 ° C. 2. When disassembling or replacing the slider from the slide rail, please use a fake rail to assist in installation. Do not remove the slider from the slide rail unless necessary. 3. For use in special environments such as frequent vibration, high dust, high and low temperatures, please contact PMI.


（4） Storage: When storing linear slides, make sure to apply anti rust oil and seal them in the designated envelope. Place them horizontally and avoid high, low, and highly humid environments.
