The small (micro) water quality automatic monitoring station is a comprehensive small online automatic monitoring system composed of online automatic monitoring instruments as the core, modern sensor technology, automatic measurement technology, automatic control technology, computer application technology, and related specialized analysis software and communication networks. It can monitor the water quality situation and change trend of the section in real time and quickly, thereby timely discovering environmental pollution events and providing scientific basis for watershed pollution prevention and control decision-making, supervision, and environmental management.


2、 System composition

The automatic water quality monitoring station consists of a water quality five parameter measuring instrument, an online monitoring unit for pollutant factors, a water collection unit, a data acquisition and transmission unit, and an on-site control unit. The water quality five parameters include temperaturePH value, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity; The main pollutant factors include permanganate index, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen; The data acquisition and transmission unit and on-site control unit are mainly composed of industrial control computers (or PLCs), signal conversion modules, I/O units, and wireless networks.


3、 System features

5. The use of dual temperature control measures, including cold and warm air conditioning and insulation layers on cabinet bodies, effectively reduces measurement errors caused by changes in ambient temperature and extends the shelf life of reagents.

6. The cabinet body is made of 304 stainless steel, combined with a scientifically effective sealing design, greatly improving the waterproof, dustproof, and anti mold capabilities of the instrument.


4、 System functions(It can also be the characteristics of the instrument)

1. Automatic cleaning: The system provides gas-liquid mixed flow automatic cleaning function for five parameter electrodes, greatly extending the maintenance cycle of the five parameter electrodes. (Note: pH electrodes only require maintenance and calibration once every 3 months, while other electrodes only require maintenance and calibration once every six months.). )

2. Automatic sterilization: By installing a copper sterilization device in the five parameter water tank, automatic sterilization function can be achieved. (This feature is optional)

3. Automatic water collection: The system provides automatic water collection function and has a self judgment function for whether the water intake is normal or not.

4. Automatic dredging: Through program control and five parameter water tank bottom tilt design, automatic dredging function is achieved.

5. Automatic calibration: The system provides five parameter and monitoring unit timed automatic calibration functions to ensure the accuracy of measurement data.

6. Turbidity and chromaticity correction: The monitoring unit uses proprietary "turbidity and chromaticity correction" technology for ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and permanganate index, which can effectively solve the serious interference caused by turbidity, blackening, or discoloration of on-site water samples on measurement.

7. Automatic storage: Customize the storage period according to requirements and save records in real-time.

8. Abnormal alarm: Through program control, automatic alarm for abnormalities or faults in five parameters and monitoring units can be achieved.

9. Power outage protection: Through program control, the instrument can achieve power outage protection and automatic pipeline cleaning and measurement recovery when powered on.
