1、 Product Overview

The water quality COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen analyzer is developed and designed based on the standards of HJ/T399-2007 "Determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand in Water Quality - Rapid Digestion Spectrometric Method", HJ535-2009 "Determination of Ammonia Nitrogen in Water Quality - Nessler's Reagent Spectrometric Method", HJ671-2013 "Determination of Total Phosphorus in Water Quality - Ammonium Molybdate Spectrometric Method", and "Alkaline Persulfate Digestion Spectrometric Method". With its fast detection, simple operation, and low cost, this instrument is widely used in emergency monitoring, sewage treatment, chemical, pharmaceutical, hospital wastewater, food and other industries for wastewater detection. Dual wavelength measurement makes detection more accurate, and the digestion colorimetric integrated tube makes detection simpler and safer.

The rapid determination instrument for COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen in water quality is not only suitable for wastewater detection in various industries, but can also be used for wastewater research in scientific research units, universities, and other institutions.

2、 Measurement principle

The determination of COD adopts the closed catalytic digestion colorimetric method with a digestion tube, the determination of ammonia nitrogen adopts the Nessler's reagent colorimetric method, the determination of total phosphorus adopts the closed digestion colorimetric method, and the determination of total nitrogen adopts the alkaline persulfate digestion photometric method. After data processing with a cold light source, narrowband interference technology, and microcomputer, the COD, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, and total nitrogen values of the sample are directly displayed in mg/L.
