2、 Product Features

1. New measurement system

BOD measurement does not require reagents, saving operating costs and eliminating secondary pollution.

Not affected by chloride ion interference.

By using full spectrum measurement and chemometric algorithms for analysis, compared to simple dual wavelength background subtraction techniques, more parameters can be measured and less affected by changes in sewage composition. Colleagues can deduct the impact of water sample turbidity on the measurement.

2. Calibration and cleaning function

The instrument has two range options, and the instrument can automatically switch the range according to the concentration of BOD in the water sample, making the measurement more accurate.

The instrument can automatically clean pipelines and flow paths without user intervention, avoiding measurement errors.

3. Complete system self maintenance function

When the instrument malfunctions, it has self inspection and maintenance functions to ensure personal safety and equipment safety.

When a liquid leak occurs, the device's built-in humidity sensor will sound an alarm and automatically lock.

All fault information is recorded at the HMI display terminal, which users can query and have a clear understanding of the equipment operation.
