This series of electric lubrication pumps is mainly suitable for lubrication systems with multiple distribution points, long pipelines, and short refueling intervals. This series of electric lubrication pumps has an oil outlet that can be used in single line distributor systems or paired with electromagnetic directional valves for use in double line distributor systems.

This electric lubrication pump is a vacuum suction type dual piston pump (as shown in the DRB-M series electric lubrication pump). When the sliding fork moves to the left, the lower group of pistons 1 and 2 move to the left. Piston 2 reaches the limit position under the push of the spring and closes the oil outlet, while piston 1 continues to move to the left. At this time, a vacuum is gradually generated between pistons 1 and 2 to suck oil from the inlet (during this time, the spring force is insufficient, and push rod 3 will press piston 2 to the limit position under the push of the sliding fork). When the sliding fork moves to the left limit position and starts to move in the opposite direction, piston 1 is pushed by the sliding fork to close the inlet and continue to move to the right to pressurize the oil. Piston 2 is pushed to the right of the outlet to inject the grease in the chamber into the pipeline through the outlet. In this way, the two sets of pistons cycle back and forth, alternately suction and pressure to continuously inject oil into the equipment through the pipeline.
