1、 Overview

By using non dispersive infrared gas analysis technology and long-life electrochemical sensor technology, the volume concentration of CH4, CO2, H2S, O2, CO, H2 and other gases in biogas components can be continuously monitored in real-time online. The system can be optionally equipped with a preprocessing unit (default simple preprocessing) to achieve multi-channel sampling and water removal functions, adapting to various biogas working conditions on site.

•Equipped with a 10 inch (explosion-proof 7-inch) color touch display, the display interface is intuitive and easy to operate;

•Sampling air pumps can be configured according to specific situations to ensure normal operation in negative pressure environments;

•Air blowing electrochemical sensors to extend their service life;

•Switching gas sources to measure parameters of different gas sampling points;

•4-20mA current signal output; Equipped with RS-232485 communication and RJ45 network port, convenient for remote monitoring;

•Can simultaneously measure the concentrations of CH4, CO2, H2S, O2, CO, and H2, and the measurement of H2 concentration is not affected by interference from other gases;

•Automatically calculate and display calorific value, supporting switching between high and low calorific values
