3、 Installation of instruments:
1Installation of metering pump:
1)Insert the pump tube piston screw into the groove of the metering pump push rod.
2)Press down the glass pump tube slightly, with the lower end in contact with the PTFE gasket of the pump seat, then put on the red organic glass pump sleeve and screw it clockwise into the pump seat, as long as the pump sleeve is tightened relative to the pump seat.
2Connection of fluid circuit
1)Screw the other end of the PTFE connector (at the back of the instrument) of the three-way conversion valve into the connector of the pump body (red organic glass tube).
2)Screw the PTFE tube with a bottle cap on the left side of the three-way conversion valve into the Karl Fischer reagent bottle.
3)Heat the PTFE pipe joint on the right side of the three-way conversion valve with a hair dryer and insert it into the joint of the glass dropper (which has been inserted into the spare silicone plug).
4)Bring one by yourself500mlThe ordinary reagent bottle is a waste liquid collection bottle. Screw on the bottle cap with a hole provided by this instrument, insert a polyethylene tube into the cap, and insert the other end into the glass tube directly connected to the bottom of the titration cell.
5)Insert one end of the thicker plastic tube provided by the instrument into the exhaust hole at the back of the instrument, and insert the other end into another dropper tube on the top of the titration cell as the instrument's airway. Insert the measuring plug into the electrical socket of the instrument and install it in the corresponding position of the reaction tank.
