The lower half structure of a vacuum hot water boiler is the same as that of a regular boiler, consisting of a combustion chamber and heat transfer tubes; The lower part is equipped with a heat medium, and the upper part is a vacuum chamber, in which a U-shaped heat exchanger is inserted. Due to the overall negative pressure state of the boiler, it is relatively safe. The heat medium inside the furnace is only enclosed in the vacuum chamber of the boiler during the entire operation of the boiler, transferring heat between the heat transfer tubes and heat exchangers of the boiler. In addition, a negative pressure evaporation chamber with a reasonable size connected to the upper part is designed, which has stable performance and reliable operation.
