The overall circuit design is centered around a large-scale integrated circuit dual integrator A/D converter, coupled with an overload protection circuit, making it a high-performance and compact tool instrument. This instrument can be used to measure DC and AC voltage, DC current, resistance, diodes, and circuit on/off testing, as well as non-contact AC voltage testing.
