Working Principle:

The machine consists of three main parts: a screening net box, a vibration machine, and a shock absorber. The vibration frame is connected to the screen box, and there are four sets of soft rubber shock absorbers fixed up and down to generate centrifugal force. The shock absorbers control the floating amplitude, allowing the material to pass through the screen layer by layer downwards, thus achieving the required high-quality work requirements. This machine can smoothly screen materials with high fiber content, high viscosity, and high humidity that are prone to clogging the mesh.
