2、 Working principle:

It is mainly used to measure the oxygen content in gases and is widely used in industries, environmental protection, scientific research, and other fields. The core principle is the oxygen concentration potential effect of zirconia. Zirconia materials have good conductivity to oxygen ions in high temperature environments (usually 600-1200 ℃). When the oxygen concentration on both sides of the zirconia tube is different, oxygen molecules on the high concentration side will combine with electrons on the electrode to form oxygen ions, which migrate to the low concentration side through the oxygen ion holes in the zirconia lattice, release electrons on the low concentration side to form oxygen molecules, and thus generate a potential difference between the two electrodes, that is, the oxygen concentration difference potential. By measuring the potential and combining it with the known concentration of the reference gas and the operating temperature of the zirconia tube, the oxygen content of the measured gas can be calculated.
