Brief description

The vacuum feeder produced by our company is a new product developed on the basis of widely absorbing similar foreign products. Currently, it is an ideal and perfect vacuum conveying equipment for powdered materials, granular materials, and powder granular mixtures in China. The vacuum feeding machine can automatically transport various materials to the hoppers of packaging machines, injection molding machines, crushers, and other equipment. It can also directly transport mixed materials to mixers (such as V-mixers, 2D mixers, 3D mixers, etc.), reducing the labor intensity of workers and solving problems such as dust overflow during feeding. It is a GMP certified equipment that promotes clean and civilized production in pharmaceutical and food factories.

Main features

The vacuum feeder consists of a vacuum pump (oil-free, waterless), stainless steel suction nozzle, conveying hose, PE filter (or 316L stainless steel filter), compressed air blowback device, pneumatic discharge door device, vacuum hopper, and automatic material level control device. The entire system is designed reasonably and manufactured beautifully.
There are two types of vacuum feeders: gap discharge and continuous discharge. Gap discharge is beneficial for reducing equipment investment costs and facilitating material level control. In most cases, we recommend users to use gap discharge. Continuous discharge is generally used for vacuum conveying of materials over long distances and large production volumes.
